Sign-up and pay using Cash or Check:
1. Download "Registration Form 2012"
2. Send completed form and $200 deposit to:

3. Once deposit is received, you will be sent an email or letter confirming session dates, balance due, suggested packing list, directions to camp and other important information.
4. Remaining balance is due at Monday morning registration. We accept personal checks and cash.
Sign-up Online and pay using a Credit Card:
1. Log on to www.active.com, select Summer Soul Surf Camp.
2. Fill out online registration form and pay in full with a credit card. There is a $5 transaction fee for each camper registration.
3. If you are a returning camper use the following code to receive a discount. "RC100" for $100 off
Overnight Camp
4. Once online sign-up is completed you will be sent a confirmation email with suggested packing list, directions to camp and other important information.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations. No refunds given for undesirable conduct, use of drugs, tobacco or alcohol. This behavior is cause for immediate dismissal.
Airport and Train station transportation
