  3. Once deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation email with suggested packing list, directions to camp and other important information.

  4. Remaining balance is due at Monday morning drop off. We accept cash, check, or Venmo.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A $300 deposit is required to secure your booking.

Cancellation Refunds:

  • Cancellations made 4 weeks or more before the session start date: You will receive a refund of $200 from your deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the session start date: Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable.

After Check-In:

  • Once the camper has checked in and the final balance is paid, no refunds will be issued, even if the camper does not complete the session.

Schedule Changes:

  • We understand life happens! If you need to switch your session, please reach out. We’re happy to accommodate schedule changes whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  • Please note, processing fees and third-party fees are non-refundable.
